Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. By completing a booking and payment on our website, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Booking and Payments

• Full Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your place.
• VAT Status: Our educational short courses are [ Exempt from VAT / VAT at 23%]. 

2. Cancellations and Your Right to a Refund

Because our in-person courses have limited physical seating and take place on specific, scheduled dates, we operate the following refund policy in line with Irish Consumer Law:

• 14 Days or More Notice: If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the course start date, you will receive a full 100% refund.
• Less than 14 Days Notice: If you cancel within 14 days of the course start date, no refund will be issued. The standard 14-day online booking "cooling-off" period does not apply here because physical venue slots are locked in.
• After Commencement: Once the in-person course begins, no refunds or credits will be given for non-attendance, partial attendance, or change of mind.

 

3. Course Transfers and Substitutions

• Transferring Dates: If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your spot to a future course date up to 14 days before the course starts, subject to availability.
• Sending a Substitute: If you miss the 14-day deadline, you cannot get a refund, but you can send someone else in your place at no extra charge. You must notify us of the new attendee’s name and email address at least 24 hours before the class starts.

 

4. Cancellations by Us

• Minimum Numbers & Venue Issues: We require a minimum number of participants to run our courses.
• Full Refund: If we must cancel a course due to low numbers, tutor illness, or venue issues, we will offer you a choice between a 100% cash refund or a transfer to a future date. We are not responsible for any personal travel or accommodation costs you may have booked to attend.

 

5. Intellectual Property and Conduct

• Course Content: All physical hand-outs, slides, and materials provided during the class are the intellectual property of [Insert Your Business Name] and cannot be copied or resold.
• No Recording: Photography, video, or audio recording is strictly prohibited during the in-person sessions without express permission from the tutor
